About the Coach
From the Beginning to Your Transformation
I am Rajan Kumar, an ISSA and NASM certified coach with 14+ years of experience in elite-level sports and functional fitness, I bridge the gap between raw strength and athletic performance. Having played in the IPL and at the State level, I understand the demands of professional sports. My approach combines 14+ years of gym and ground training with CrossFit methodology and advanced rehab-mobility techniques to build athletes who are not just strong, but bulletproof.
Whether you want to lose fat, build speed and strength, or perform at the highest level—my programs are built on the same principles that got me to the IPL, with structured periodization and evidence-based systems that last.
